The battlefield burned. Smoke, dust, and the stench of blood hung over the ruins of what was once Musutafu. The sky itself seemed scarred — clouds split apart by the shockwaves of power clashing below.

All For One stood at the center, his mangled mask cracked, eyes glimmering with a hatred as ancient as the quirks he stole. Around him lay the remnants of heroes who had fought and fallen — Endeavor’s flames sputtering in the distance, Mirko unconscious but still breathing, and Midoriya, on one knee, his One For All flickering like a dying ember.

And in front of them all, standing tall despite his blood-soaked uniform, was Bakugo Katsuki.

His chest heaved. Each breath came out ragged, smoke curling from his gauntlets. His left arm hung limp, but his eyes—sharp, feral, burning—locked onto All For One with the kind of fury only Bakugo could muster.

“You done yet, you crusty old bastard?” Bakugo spat, a bloody grin carving his face. “’Cause I’ve got one last explosion with your name on it.”

All For One’s voice slithered through the chaos. “Still barking, even when your body’s breaking apart… You remind me of the boy who failed to kill me before. The Symbol of Peace—”

“Don’t,” Bakugo snapped, interrupting him. “You don’t get to say his name.”

Sparks burst from his palms, lighting up the battlefield like a storm of fireflies.

All For One extended his hand, quirks merging and twisting — air distortion, shock absorption, energy manipulation — a grotesque symphony of power. “You’ll die meaninglessly, boy. Just another fool chasing a dream too big for his ego.”

Bakugo laughed. “Ego? Nah. I just don’t lose.”

The air cracked.

All For One unleashed a blast that tore through the ground, a surge of energy that would have leveled a city block. But Bakugo was already moving — faster than sight, faster than thought. Every ounce of his strength, every spark of his sweat-fueled quirk burned hotter than ever before.

BOOM!

He rocketed upward, spinning through the air like a comet of pure rage. The explosion trailed behind him, carving molten streaks into the rubble.

Howitzer Impact… Dynamite Finale!

All For One crossed his arms to block — but Bakugo wasn’t aiming for defense. He was aiming to break through. To end it.

The blast hit. The world turned white.

For a moment, there was nothing but sound — a roar that drowned out every heartbeat. All For One staggered, armor shattered, flesh peeling away under the heat. He tried to regenerate, quirks flickering erratically, but Bakugo was already there, pressing forward.

“Why… won’t… you… fall?” All For One hissed.

Bakugo’s voice came through the smoke, low and lethal. “Because I’ve got people to protect. And you? You’ve got nothing left.”

His final explosion ignited from point-blank range — a pure, golden detonation that illuminated the sky. It wasn’t rage anymore. It wasn’t pride. It was resolve.

When the light faded, All For One’s body was gone — disintegrated, atomized by Bakugo’s relentless blast. The ground beneath them had melted into glass.

Bakugo collapsed to one knee, coughing, smoke drifting from his hands. His costume was half destroyed, hair singed, but that smirk — that damned, defiant smirk — stayed.

Midoriya stumbled toward him, eyes wide. “Kacchan… you did it.”

Bakugo didn’t look up right away. He stared at the crater where All For One had been, the faint echo of explosions still ringing in his ears. Finally, he exhaled, a harsh chuckle breaking the silence.

“Tch. Of course I did. You think I’d let some fossil take my spotlight?”

Deku smiled weakly. “You saved us all.”

Bakugo stood, shoulders trembling but unbroken. “Nah. We saved each other. That’s how heroes roll, right?”

He turned toward the horizon — the rising sun bleeding gold over the ruins — and raised one battered fist into the air.

Bakugo Katsuki — Explosion Hero: Dynamight. Remember that name.

Behind him, the world began to heal.

The symbol of peace had fallen once before — but this time, a new one had risen in fire and fury.
