The battlefield trembled under the weight of chaos. Smoke and debris clouded the air as the remnants of the enemy forces scattered. Booney—Usopp in his more audacious, playful persona—ducked behind a shattered stone pillar, peering over the edge with his signature slingshot in hand. “Luffy… you’re insane!” he shouted over the roar of the battlefield. “Don’t go too far, or you’ll blow us all up!”
“Booney!” Luffy called back, eyes sparkling. “Don’t worry about me! I’ve got this! Watch closely—I’m about to show you the real Nika punch!” His voice carried the kind of unshakable confidence only Luffy could muster, and even in the midst of carnage, it was infectious.
Booney rolled his eyes but couldn’t suppress a grin. “If you say so, Straw Hat… just don’t flatten me in the process!”
With a laugh, Luffy stretched his arms impossibly long, his rubbery limbs twisting and curling like animated smoke. The world around him seemed to bend with his movements, his punches creating exaggerated arcs that defied the laws of physics. Time seemed to slow as his fist collided with the enemy commander, a monstrous figure who had been terrorizing the nearby villages. The impact wasn’t just a hit; it was a spectacle. The fist expanded as if it were drawn from a cartoon, larger than life, and then snapped forward with explosive force. The enemy was sent hurtling across the battlefield, spinning through the air like a ragdoll, smoke and energy trailing behind him.
Booney’s jaw dropped. “I… I can’t believe that just happened!” he yelled, ducking another falling chunk of debris. “That’s not even human! Or… devil fruit… whatever you are now!”
Luffy landed in a ridiculous pose, one knee bent, one leg stretched absurdly, and a wide grin plastered across his face. His shadow seemed to stretch and bounce like a rubbery caricature, emphasizing the sheer surrealism of his power. He threw a playful wink at Booney. “See? Told ya! Nika doesn’t just fight… Nika dances, too!”
Booney couldn’t help but laugh despite the chaos. “You’re unbelievable, Luffy! Absolutely… totally ridiculous!”
The enemy commander, barely conscious, struggled to rise. Luffy’s fist shimmered again, larger and brighter, ready for the finishing blow. “You don’t get to hurt anyone anymore!” Luffy shouted, voice carrying both the wrath and joy of a liberated soul. With a gleeful twist and exaggerated stretch, he delivered another Nika Punch, this one so absurdly large it created shockwaves across the battlefield, flattening debris and scattering minions with theatrical precision.
Booney shielded himself behind a chunk of wall, laughing and yelling at the same time. “I swear, Straw Hat… you’re gonna break reality at this rate!”
When the dust settled, the battlefield was quiet, the enemy forces scattered or unconscious. Luffy stood in the center, arms akimbo, his chest rising and falling with exhilaration. His grin had grown impossibly wide, almost cartoonish, and his aura radiated both freedom and unstoppable energy.
Booney ran over, panting but grinning. “You really are… the Nika!” he said, shaking his head. “I don’t know how you do it… but that was insane.”
Luffy laughed, patting Booney on the shoulder. “It’s all about having fun, Booney! If we can’t enjoy it, then what’s the point?”
The sun broke through the smoke, casting long shadows over the battlefield. Two friends stood amidst the ruins, one laughing with uncontainable energy, the other shaking his head in amazement.
