About These Max Mayfield Clips

These clips cover different sides of Max across Stranger Things, from her confident arrival in Hawkins to some of the series’ most emotional sequences. Max first joins the group as an arcade-loving skateboarder in Season 2, then becomes closely connected with Lucas. Her Season 4 storyline provides especially strong material for dramatic edits, including the cemetery confrontation and her escape from Vecna through music. Season 5 also continues her story after the Season 4 finale, giving editors newer footage for character-focused transitions and emotional projects.

▸ Max at the Arcade — Season 2, Chapter 1
▸ Skateboarding and Hawkins Scenes — Season 2
▸ Running Up That Hill — Season 4, Chapter 4
▸ Vecna’s Curse and Cemetery Escape — Season 4, Chapters 4 and 9
▸ Max and Lucas in Season 5 — Final Season

All clips are pre-processed at 25% Twixtor speed in MP4 format.

For editors, Max’s footage is useful because her visual style changes noticeably across the series. Early clips can support energetic edits built around skating, arcade shots, and quick reaction cuts, while later material works better with darker color grades, emotional pacing, and longer holds. The Season 4 scenes are particularly useful when you want to combine a character close-up with a music-driven transition. Season 5 footage can also help create before-and-after edits that connect Max’s earlier personality with the final chapter. Mixing wide shots with close-ups usually gives velocity edits more room for impact.
